The program allows our customers to donate a portion of PrimeLending's proceeds from the loan to the non profit 501(c)3 organization of their choice. We are honored to be partnered with the University of South Carolina to make a difference for them. If you already have a membership number to the Gamecock Club, Alumni Association, or any other 501(c)3 organization, let us know and the donation will be made under your personal number. The rates and fees are the same as a standard loan, there are no hidden fees, small print, or hidden agendas. We simply believe in giving back to our community and the organizations we believe in like the University of South Carolina. We will donate a .2% ($500 maximum) of the loan amount. For example, a $200,000 loan would equal a $400 donation. Many of you will refinance your current mortgage or buy a new house this year. When you do, let PrimeLending and the PrimeCares program make your business transaction personal by making a donation to University of South Carolina, the Gamecock Club, Alumni Association, or to any non profit or your choice.
